Deeply Rooted Round Trinket Tray

Round Trinket Tray – Deeply Rooted

A small round ceramic tray, hand-stamped across the centre with the words "Deeply rooted" - a quiet reminder to stay grounded, even when life around you is unsettled. Part of Selah Lifestyle's Round Trinket Tray collection, it's designed to sit on a bedside table, console or windowsill, catching rings, earrings and the small things that need a place to land.

The tray

Flat and shallow with gently sloped sides, the tray has the soft, slightly uneven edge typical of handmade pottery, finished in a glossy cream glaze. "Deeply rooted" is stamped in lowercase serif lettering, centred across two lines in navy, sitting flat in the middle of the tray rather than following the rim.

The phrase

"Deeply rooted" echoes the language of scripture around being firmly grounded in faith — language like being "rooted and built up" or "planted by streams of water. These words are taken from Psalm 1:3 in the Passion Translation : "He will be standing firm like a flourishing tree planted by God's design, deeply rooted by the brooks of bliss, bearing fruit in every season of life."

Handmade character

Every tray is handmade and hand-stamped, so small natural variations in glaze, stamp depth and shape between individual pieces are normal - part of what makes each one its own, rather than a flaw.

Use

• Catch-all tray for rings, earrings and small jewellery
• Bedside, console or windowsill display
• A small, meaningful object to keep in view

Gifting

A grounding, steadying gift for someone putting down roots - a new home, a new marriage, a season of rebuilding or simply staying faithful through change. Well suited to a Christian friend, mum, sister or bridesmaid, for a new home, a wedding or an encouragement gift.

Care

Hand wash only, in warm water with a mild detergent, and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth before use. Not recommended for the dishwasher, microwave, oven or freezer. As with any ceramic piece, handle gently - it will chip or break if dropped onto a hard surface. With hand washing and gentle handling, it's designed for everyday, long-term use.
