Knock Truth Tile

Knock Truth Tile

A small, flat stoneware tile hand-stamped with a single word that carries a whole invitation: "knock." No colour, no gloss - just the word pressed into clay, letter by letter, and left to speak for itself.

The tile

Each Truth Tile is a flat ceramic square, roughly 100mm x 100mm, made from stoneware and fired to a high, fully vitrified temperature. It's left in its natural matte finish rather than glazed, so the lettering reads through soft shadow and indentation instead of paint. It can be propped on a shelf or nightstand, set in a prayer corner, or used as a small wall tile.

The phrase

"knock" is stamped in lowercase on a single line, in the same individually stamped, typewriter-style lettering used across the collection. The word is inspired by Matthew 7:7 "knock, and the door will be opened to you".

Christian meaning

A single word, left open enough to sit with rather than explain away — an invitation to keep asking, seeking and knocking, or a reminder that God is the one knocking and waiting to be let in. Selah Lifestyle offers it as a quiet prompt rather than a definitive statement.

How to use it

Sit it on a windowsill, a desk, a bedside table, or anywhere it will be seen in a quiet moment. Its brevity makes it easy to return to without over-explaining - a single word to sit with rather than a full sentence to read.

Gifting

A simple, thoughtful gift for someone in a season of seeking or waiting - starting a new job search, praying into a decision, or simply wanting a quiet daily prompt. Suits birthdays, encouragement gifts and "just because" gifts.

Handmade character

Each tile is handmade and hand-stamped, so small natural variations in stamp depth, edge shape and surface texture between individual pieces are normal - part of what makes it a handmade piece rather than a flaw to expect uniformity against.
