Pasta Bowl – "Flowers Appear On The Earth" | Hand-Stamped Ceramic Bowl

A bowl that carries the coming of spring

This handmade ceramic pasta bowl is hand-stamped with the words "Flowers appear on the earth; the season of singing has come," wrapped around the full circumference of the bowl. It's finished in a glossy cream glaze, with the phrase stamped in soft blue lettering.

The phrase

This is Song of Solomon 2:12 (NIV) - part of a passage that pictures winter giving way to spring, new growth and birdsong. Stamped into the bowl, it becomes a small, everyday reminder of renewal and new seasons.

Handmade character

Every piece is hand-shaped and hand-stamped, so small variations in glaze, stamp depth, texture and shape between individual bowls are normal, part of what makes each one unique, not a flaw. Because this phrase wraps the full circumference of the bowl, part of the lettering will read upside-down from certain angles; this is a natural consequence of the text looping all the way around, not a fault.

Use and gifting

Use it as a pasta bowl, salad bowl or serving bowl for everyday meals. It also makes a thoughtful Christian gift to mark a new season - a new home, a new job, a spring birthday, or simply as an encouragement to someone going through a season of change.
