Porridge Bowl – "Every Part Of You Is So Beautiful My Darling" | Hand-Stamped Ceramic Bowl

A love note, stamped around the bowl

This handmade ceramic porridge bowl is hand-stamped with the words "every part of you is so beautiful my darling," wrapping the full circumference of the rim in soft blue lettering. The centre of the well carries a mottled blue "bubble" glaze medallion, giving each piece a one-of-a-kind marbled centrepiece against a warm blush/cream body.

The phrase

Taken from Song of Solomon 4:7, where the bridegroom affirms his beloved's beauty: “Every part of you is so beautiful, my darling. Perfect is your beauty, without flaw within.”

Handmade character

Every piece is hand-shaped and hand-stamped, so small variations in glaze, stamp depth, texture, shape and the exact pattern of the bubble-glaze medallion between individual bowls are normal, part of what makes each one unique, not a flaw.

Use and gifting

Use it for porridge, cereal, soup or any everyday bowl of something warm. It also makes a romantic Christian gift for a spouse or partner — for a wedding, an anniversary, Valentine's Day or an engagement. A reminder of God's love.
