She Laughs Truth Tile (Blue Stamp)

"She laughs" : a quiet reminder to meet the future with joy rather than fear

"She laughs" is stamped in blue across this handmade ceramic Truth Tile - two short words that speak of strength, dignity and a settled confidence about the days ahead. It doesn't ask anything of the person holding it; it simply states something true.

The design

Made from stoneware fired at a high temperature for durability, this tile uses Selah Lifestyle's blue-infill stamp treatment, so the lettering reads as a soft blue against the natural, matte stoneware body rather than through shadow alone. Each letter is hand-pressed in a classic typewriter-style face, and the two words sit on a single line across the middle of the tile, with plenty of open space around them to let the phrase breathe.

The phrase

This wording is from Proverbs 31:25, part of the well-loved passage describing a woman of strength and noble character. The full verse reads: "Strength and dignity are her clothing, and she laughs at the time to come." (NRSV)

Use

Designed to sit on a shelf, windowsill, desk or prayer corner, or to be propped against a wall as a quiet visual reminder.

Gifting

A meaningful gift for a woman you admire: a mother, grandmother, sister, daughter, friend or mentor. Well suited to Mother's Day, birthdays, baptisms, retirements or the start of a new chapter, or simply as an encouragement gift for someone facing an uncertain season who needs reminding that she can face what's ahead with joy.

Handmade character

Each Truth Tile is handmade and hand-stamped, so small natural variations in stamp depth, texture, shape and edge finish between individual pieces are normal – part of what makes each tile genuinely one of a kind, not a flaw.
