Trust in the Lord Truth Tile (Blue Stamp)

"Trust in the Lord with all your heart" – a steady reminder of where to place your confidence

"Trust in the Lord with all your heart" is stamped in blue down this handmade ceramic Truth Tile – five short lines that speak of wholehearted faith, reliance and rest. It doesn't ask anything of the person holding it; it simply states something true.

The design

Made from stoneware fired at a high temperature for durability, this tile uses Selah Lifestyle's blue-infill stamp treatment, so the lettering reads as a soft blue against the natural, matte stoneware body rather than through shadow alone. Each letter is hand-pressed in a classic typewriter-style face. The phrase runs across five lines set flush to the right-hand edge, so the words step down the side of the tile in a column with open space to the left – a placement shared with a small number of other pieces in the range.

The phrase

This wording is from Proverbs 3:5, one of the best-loved verses about trusting God fully. The full verse reads: "Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and do not rely on your own insight." (NRSV) It pairs naturally with our "Lean not on your own insight" Truth Tile, which carries the second half of the same verse.

Use

Designed to sit on a shelf, windowsill, desk or prayer corner, or to be propped against a wall as a quiet visual reminder.

Gifting

A meaningful gift for someone stepping into the unknown or needing encouragement to keep trusting – well suited to baptisms, confirmations, birthdays, graduations, a new home or new job, or as a gift of comfort during a difficult season.

Handmade character

Each Truth Tile is handmade and hand-stamped, so small natural variations in stamp depth, texture, shape and edge finish between individual pieces are normal – part of what makes each tile genuinely one of a kind, not a flaw.
