A small round ceramic tray, hand-stamped across the centre with the words "You lift high my head" - a line of praise for the moments when someone else's care restores what's been worn down. The tray
Flat and shallow with gently sloped sides, the tray has the soft, slightly uneven edge typical of handmade pottery, finished in a glossy glaze. "You lift high my head" is hand-stamped in navy lettering across three centred lines - "You lift," "high my" and "head."
The phrase
Spoken directly to God rather than about Him, this is from Psalm 3:3 - "But in the depths of my heart I truly know that you, YAHWEH, have become my Shield; You take me and surround me with yourself. Your glory covers me continually. You lift high my head." It's a declaration of restored dignity and confidence - not the absence of a hard season, but the sense of being held through it.
